Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All SarnThai orders are fulfilled through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Therefore, any return or refund request must be processed directly through Amazon Customer Service.

Amazon has a dedicated team that will review your order history and assist you promptly.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Not in the condition you expected

Contact us immediately at support@sarnthai.com with:

  • Your Amazon Order ID
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Even though Amazon is fully responsible for any transportation-related issues under the FBA program, we are always here to support you.
If the product quality does not meet our standards or your expectations, we may send you a free replacement within 2–7 days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
  • Items not purchased directly from our official SarnThai Amazon store

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Please process the return through Amazon Customer Service.
  2. After the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

This is the fastest and most efficient way to receive a replacement.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • Packed in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once Amazon receives and inspects your returned item, they will determine whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
